During transcription:
  • Audio is captured and transmitted to Quiver’s servers
  • Audio is processed to generate transcription and documentation
  • Audio is then deleted after processing (typically within 24 hours)
Long-term storage:
  • Quiver does not retain audio recordings long-term
  • Only the transcription and generated documentation are stored
  • This reduces storage requirements and privacy risks
