If they’re removed:
  • They lose access to shared workflows and templates
  • Their personal sessions and summaries remain in their individual account
  • They can no longer create new sessions using team resources
  • Billing adjusts to remove their seat
If they leave voluntarily:
  • Same as above
  • They can request to rejoin by contacting an Owner or Administrator
