Skip to main contentWhat Quiver Teams is designed for
Use Quiver Teams to:
- Run step-based workflows that match real clinical processes.
- Capture required data in sequence and keep teams aligned on “complete”.
- Generate structured documentation from workflow outputs.
- Coordinate shared work when multiple clinicians contribute.
How it differs from Quiver Transcribe
Quiver Transcribe is built for standalone transcription of a single consultation.
Quiver Teams adds team and workflow structure. It captures information through ordered steps and produces documentation from the workflow itself. Use Teams when repeatable processes, branching, and shared review are required.
When teams should use Quiver Teams
Use Quiver Teams when you need consistency across encounters. Use it when the same process happens repeatedly. Use it when documentation is completed by more than one person.
Common examples:
- Ward rounds where plans are confirmed aloud.
- Clinics with a supervising clinician and trainees.
- Procedures with a lead clinician and assistant.
- MDT discussions where decisions must be clearly documented.
How it supports workflow-driven care
Workflows guide what to capture during care. They keep the team aligned on what “complete” looks like. Each workflow session can be reviewed and finished by the right person, supporting safe handover when shifts change.
